The Feathered Serpent, known by many names across Mesoamerica - Kukulkan to the Maya, Quetzalcoatl to the Aztecs - was a symbol of wisdom, knowledge, and civilization. Both feared and revered, this figure inspires the mission of our company.

Who Are We

Rigo Montejano

brings over two decades of law enforcement expertise as a 22-year veteran of a major metropolitan police department. With 17 years of distinguished service as a SWAT operator and 11 years as an Assistant Team Leader, Officer Montejano has honed his leadership and tactical skills in some of the most challenging environments.

Officer Montejano is deeply committed to developing tactical excellence among both new recruits and seasoned officers, ensuring they meet and exceed the highest standards of their departments’ missions. His teaching philosophy emphasizes precision, adaptability, and peak performance under pressure.

Experience

With 17 years of exemplary service on an elite SWAT team, Officer Montejano has been a key figure in planning and executing numerous high-risk, high-profile operations. His expertise extends to providing top-tier dignitary protection, including planning security details in conjunction with the US Secret Service for sitting and former Presidents of the United States, as well as other international dignitaries.

In addition to his operational achievements, Officer Montejano has dedicated 15 years to training the next generation of SWAT operators. As a highly respected instructor, he has certified hundreds of professionals in advanced tactical disciplines, including Advanced SWAT, Breacher Instructor, Basic SWAT, Vehicle Assaults, Bus Assaults, and Close Quarters Battle, among others. His commitment to excellence has made a lasting impact on the field of tactical law enforcement.

Amador Gonzalez

is an accomplished law enforcement professional and Co-Founder of Feathered Serpent Resolutions Group. With a distinguished career that began in 1995, he has dedicated nearly three decades to serving in a major South Texas metropolitan police department. Officer Gonzalez currently serves as the S.W.A.T. team leader and has been in a leadership role within the team for 18 years. Additionally, he holds a dual role as a Task Force Officer with the U.S. Marshals, a position he has held for the past seven years. Officer Gonzalez has dedicated over two decades to training, leading, and instructing countless officers across multiple law enforcement agencies. His extensive experience and deep knowledge have made him a key figure in preparing other officers for the challenges they face in the field, as well as enhancing their leadership abilities and decision-making under pressure.

His hands-on experience, combined with his roles in instructing, allows him to provide invaluable guidance in areas such as tactical operations, firearms, and crisis management. His leadership and expertise are integral not only in training the next generation of law enforcement officers but also in executing critical security operations at the highest level.
