Devin Haywood is a seasoned law enforcement professional and instructor with Feathered Serpent Resolutions Group. He began his career in 2015 with the City of Corpus Christi Police Department and currently serves as the Assistant Team Leader for the S.W.A.T. Team. In 2018, Officer Haywood was selected for the K9 Unit, where he has handled multiple dual-purpose canines while working in direct support of Corpus Christi’s SWAT operations.

For nearly ten years, Officer Haywood has committed himself to training, mentoring, and developing officers from a wide range of agencies. His extensive operational background and advanced tactical expertise have established him as a relied-upon instructor for preparing personnel to meet the demands of modern law enforcement, from leadership and decision-making to high-risk tactical deployments.

Combining real-world experience with a solid foundation in instruction, Officer Haywood delivers essential guidance in tactical operations, firearms proficiency, and crisis response. His knowledge and leadership continue to shape the growth of law enforcement professionals while directly contributing to the effective execution of complex security operations.
